Immunomedics is committed to providing high-quality comprehensive benefits to its employees and has established a variety of employee benefit programs.

All full-time regular employees are entitled to participate in all group health insurance plans with coverage generally beginning 30 days after employment commences. Coverage in our health plan includes medical, dental, prescription and vision care. Immunomedics currently pays the major portion of the medical, dental, prescription and vision care premium, with employees sharing a small part of the total cost of coverage.

Medical, Prescription, Vision

Our medical plan features a Point of Service Plan and generally provides 100% coverage after a small co-pay. Some features of this plan include preventive care, well-baby care and immunizations. Concurrently, we offer an indemnity plan, subject to deductible and co-insurance. Employees can also fill covered prescriptions at participating pharmacies and may elect vision care from participating ophthalmologists/optometrists.

Dental

Some features of our dental maintenance option includes cleaning, exams, fillings and extractions, subject to applicable co-insurance. We also offer orthodontia services to minors.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Employees may pay for uninsured medical expenses, co-payments, deductibles, dependent care, and commuting expenses with pre-tax dollars through salary deductions.

Basic Life Insurance

Immunomedics offers non-contributory life insurance coverage to all full-time employees, equivalent to an employee’s base annual earnings.

Voluntary Life Insurance

Through the contributory group life insurance plan, eligible employees may buy additional term insurance at group rates and pay for it through the convenience of payroll deductions.

Time-Off Benefits

These benefits are provided to Immunomedics’ full-time employees in recognition of the need for employees to be off the job for a variety of reasons, including rest and relaxation.

Vacation

The amount of paid vacation time depends on salary grade and increases with the length of employment. Upon hire vacation ranges from 2 weeks to a maximum of 5 weeks, per calendar year, depending on job grade. After five years of service, employees receive an additional week of vacation.

Holidays

Each calendar year, Immunomedics observes eight scheduled holidays. In addition, our facility is closed between Christmas and New Year’s day. Full-time employees receive those days off as paid holidays.

401(k)/Retirement and Savings Plan

Immunomedics offers a 401(K) savings plan to provide employees the potential for future financial security for retirement. You can defer up to 18% of salary, but the total deferral in one year cannot exceed the maximum dollar amount established by the IRS. In addition to employee’s savings contributions, Immunomedics provides a discretionary match.

Tuition Reimbursement

All Immunomedics' employees who have been on the job for one year are eligible for tuition reimbursement. The course(s) must be pre-approved and are job or career related. The employee is reimbursed 100% for a grade A or B and 50% for a grade C. Lab fees are covered 100% but books are not. The cap for the calendar year is $3,000.
